I'm trying to decide between a Creative Zen Vision: M or a Zen V Plus.
The Zen V I like because it's SMALL and doesn't have to compete so much
for pocket space with my Pocket PC I carry as well.
It's only 4 or 8GB at best, but, that's just OK with me.
I like the Vision because the 30 or 60GB is better, certainly!
But, it's a hard drive. Meaning moving parts that WILL eventually fail.
The Zen V being a RAM drive _theoretically_ will never fail. But with
the Vision, any drop, vibration, jostle, bang will increase its chance
of failure greatly. I do plan on working out with my player now and
then, take it in the car and to work and back again every day so it'll
be moving around _a lot_. But, 30 or 60GB....
So basically, anyone with any good information on the lifespan and
durability of the Zen Vision?
Thanks!
