No, I did not, nor did the OP. I said it was just under the top
coat. Also, I would contend that that web site has flaws in their
interpretation as well, because they do not laminated a polycarbonate
layer onto the top side.

So, your argument was based on a guess the whole time, even though
you claimed to have done scratch tests.
