The demand is there, but other companies are waiting to see what lumps
LG takes from corporate pressures on both sides before jumping in--

Question is, though, WHICH companies might conceivably jump on, if they
got the chance?--They all seem to be spoken for:
Toshiba and Sony are each backing their own formats, Pioneer and Samsung
are Blu-loyal for the moment, and LG messed up...All that leaves are the
US companies, and I'd rather not have a Panasonic dual-player if I can
help it.
