I'm looking to get a high def camcorder and think these are probably the
best two choices for me. I'm concerned about Sony's proprietory format but
am absolutely new to the modern camcorder scene. Can someone compare and
contrast these two camcorders and explain any problems associated with
either machine.
This would be greatly appreciated. Currently, the Canon is 919.00 and the
Sony is 799.00 so I would prefer to go with the Sony unless the proprietory
format or other concerns make it a bad choice.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
