This video sharing site is a likely rival for Youtube because it has no
restriction on the length of a video that may be uploaded. In addition, Veoh
invites its users to download any of the videos that have been posted on the
site.
However, this article predicts that Veoh will become a new copyright
battlefield:

If people download from Veoh videos that have been "illegally" uploaded in
the first place, I wonder if they are also breaking the law?
