I'm surprised - this was the big major break for you ("my dreams come true")
and then you didn't take the minimal effort to make them a dedicated copy
of the clip in question? One could conclude that they put in about as much
effort reviewing your material as you did preparing it for them. They
probably just assumed the DVD you sent them had what you wanted, and so they
went ahead and played it. Sorry, tough lesson learned. Good luck with
your lawsuit, but I suspect you share some culpability in this fiasco.
