The DMR will eventually give up on finalizing as anyone who's had one for
long has eventually discovered. It will still record DVD-RAM through so I
suggest you get a cheap DVD-RAM drive and use that to copy discs in your PC.
You can even edit them in the PC using TMPGEnc DVD Author or similar.
