I call bullshit on that one.
I write software that prepares credit and bank card embossing
information for a large bank in Australia. PINs never go anywhere
near the card information - no card in the world would have the PIN
stored on it. The whole idea about having two phase identification
like this, is that you can't access the bank account with only ONE
part of the identification.
Were you talking about the peoples bank of Nigeria or something?
