I did not accuse him of spamming alt.video.dvd.tech, alt.video.dvdr,
or rec.video.dvd.tech. I specifically referred to his spamming in
aus.dvd.

I direct you to the aus.dvd charter which specifically prohibits
commercial posts of any number or frequency. However, the charter does
permit individuals to trade their personal DVD collections and such
like. See my other post for clarification.
In any case, by your own definition, SalesMart has been spamming
aus.dvd for a very long time.
