well put. but i'm still more concerned that what we seem to be getting
is glossier, ultra manipulated, shallow crap. i mean, it wont be long
before we have the news being read by paris hilton, doco's on the rise
of the handbag as a fashion extension (6 X 1hr episodes - of 40 minute
length to allow for ads), squeezed in between whatever sport they can
find to commercialise. how about extreme chess, marathon underwater
swimming, etc.,
yes, just when i thought my new hdv camcorder would last a couple of
years, i'm now reading about the next gen...
