Hi there papa,
In addition to MuxMan, IfoEdit, and DGIndex, VOB Blanker freeware will read
the VIDEO_TS.IFO file and report the VTS_01_VOB "Video Format" as something
like "NTSC 16:9 720x480" or "PAL 16:9 720x576".
FixVTS will read the VTS_01.VOB and report "Format = NTSC" or "Format =
PAL" but you have to watch quickly as this only shows up in the first five
seconds or so of processing the VIDEO_TS directory.
That makes five freeware programs which report difinitively whether a DVD
is PAL or NTSC based on the IFO or the VOB files.
1. MuxMan
2. IfoEdit
3. DGIndex
4. VOBBLanker
5. FixVTS
