Hey Richard, yes it will sound better. In fact I'll do a recording
today for you with the sanken cos-11, and the audio-technica 835b in a
very echoey envirnment and then we'll discuss the results.
Yes I suppose we don't have the ears of the hollywood professional, or
maybe there is a bit of hype around come of the mics lol. But anyway
lets you got ur project into theatre or a conference room or even in
just a house with a bunch of people, or just distributed it on the
internet. What percent are going to hear the difference? Probably not
that much, but also even if there is that difference its not night and
day and the lesser mic still won't sound bad.
