You could always dual boot you new PC between XP and Vista. It's an
option that might be OK for a casual user.
You could try the Avid user forums as Pinnacle was acquired by Avid.
Someone might know there. The problem is trying to find someone that
still uses Commotion a great tool in its day but sadly no longer used to
any great degree.
