Ideally, I'm looking for an all-in-one box that does everything.
This may not exist... if not, here's the functionality I want - maybe
someone has a similar setup working they can describe...?
1 - watch satellite (bell expressvu) using built in tuner
2 - record satellite to local harddisk (with typical PVR functions)
3 - burn DVD backups directly
4 - rip DVD iso backups to HD (with custom/expandable storage 500GB+)
5 - transfer VHS collection to HD for storage
basically a box that can play/store/burn DVDs as well as function as a
satellite PVR
Any ideas?
