Depends also on your car audio. I have a Volvo S80 which had the option of a
CD auto-changer. I was able to buy a unit which plugged into my car system
and simulated the auto-changer, allowing a lead which could plug directly
into the MP3 player. Look on the internet eg. forums for your car model, to
see if such a unit exists.
