Surf the web.
I know that there are some issues with SB transfers.
Can you do as we do, and that is use the camcorder as a camera and do the
recording elsewhere.

We just use the video output of our camcorder. It does HDMI but we don't
have the rest of the infrastructure for that, so right now we're just using
the yellow male RCA plug.

The pre-fabricated titles and menu are a shell of a project that I saved in
PE4 - that is Premiere Elements 4 (about $80). By a shell of a project, I
mean a project with the main video file missing.

Usually, getting the highest quality is not of the essence for church work.
Also, dual-layer DVDs can run more like 3+ hours in top quality mode. DL
burners and DL media seems to be coming down to a reasonable price. I'm just
starting to experiment with them.

I Don't think that is going to be possible, but I don't know the details of
your equipment.

Ours does 6 DVDs at a time and cost about $600. Many people sell them. Ours
is about a year old and has run flawlessly.
Whatever you do, don't restrict your pricing of video gear to sources that
sell specifically to churches. IME they are a mixed bag, and not always
price-competitive.
