My project is 5.7GB...does Shrink compress this data down to 4.38GB and automatically determine the bitrate necessary to accomplish this? Is it
safe to assume that shrinking will degrade the video/audio? Is there a
bitrate scale, for lack of a better term by which one could determine ahead
of time based on the lowered bitrate value, whether or not it was worth
continuing with the project...something like, bitrate 7 to 8 produces the
best quality, 5 to 6 produces average quality, 4 and below don't waste your
time...? ...or is this an oversimplification of the process?
