First I do CDs mainly for my car. I was told that VBR will not work
except in the computer. I found that to be true. Now someone is
telling me I should not download anything under 160kbs so I can have
reasonable quality on the CD. Now another person is telling me that my
bottom line should be 128kbs. Does anyone out there know the
guidelines ? What do they use on commercial CDs ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. And I want to thank you all for
any help.
