Same experience here. I placed an order with them before they folded. When
they then reappeared they took over all the old orders and I was sent an
email about DVDs having been sent; which was a surprise - I didn't realise I
had to cancel orders with a non exsitent company. These have never arrived.
Sent back the Affidavit; they apparently did allow email and I noticed a
credit on my account and applied for refund via the site. This was over 2
months ago and they've not replied to any emails. I even had notifications
via outlook of 'email deleted without being read' when I've asked for read
receipt. I'm just trying to find my old statement to establish when they
first took payment before I get the CC company involved.
Ho hum,
Keith
