Can anyone enlighten me or provide a source of information on the
actual video resolution (not theoretical maximum) one typically gets
with:
DVB (say Dish Network or Express VU)
Digital Cable (not HD, just regular)
Am I correct in assuming Digital Cable uses the same MPEG compression
that digital satellite uses, or do you get a higher quality picture
with digital cable than you do from DVB? (I have yet to see ANY
digital satellite broadcast compare with the old analog broadcasts)
Any leads appreciated.
