You've tried all the usual stuff, you could try powering it up whilst
holding the eject button.
If that fails, I would take the top off (with the power disconnected of
course) and see if it's physically possible to find the drive's method of
ejection.
(either belt of worm gear down the side often) I stress, that's what I would
do, but I've been in that trade forever, you may choose not to.
Your guarantee would also be likely to suffer.
